The conference theme the 18-19 jun 2010. “Take the Challenge – Make the Change: Sustainable Leadership and Greener Meetings.” Sustainable growth will require a change of mindset based on new concepts and beliefs. It will require an adjustment to new business models and work practices. It will place new and higher demands on conference center leaders and the way they lead. And all practices—whether existing, revised or brand-new—will need to be aligned with customer expectations. In short, adapting to sustainable growth won’t be easy but we’ll chart the path to success at this meeting! This is a learning journey that we’ll take together. The aim of the journey is to find a place of hope and achievement in a turbulent and sometimes threatening world. Experienced facilitators will be on hand to guide us through the program and after the intensive three-day session, participants will go home with new vision, new opportunities and new strategies and practices.
